I thought I'd balance out my more feelings-heavy post with a lighter event from the last week.

I got a last minute invitation from my lovely friend Sarah, who writes an awesome blog that you you should check out, to check out the latest Diet Coke design launch on Thursday. Random aside: apologies for the quality of these photos, but the venue was dark, and I was yolo-ing, so didn't have my camera to hand.

Anywho, with previous incarnations by Marc Jacobs, Matthew Williamson and Jean-Paul Gaultier to name a few, this time, Northern Irish designer JW Anderson had the pleasure of being at the helm.

The two designs created were inspired by Anderson's Autumn Winter 2015 range, with the blue and red and pink and grey colourings echoing the vesuvio graphic from the collection.

It was a pretty good launch to head to, that ended with pizza at Voo Doo Rays. And we know that any night that ends in pizza, is a good one. I also got to meet Lauren who writes Wake Up Your Luck and we shared a good few glasses of prosecco and brand coloured cocktails. The music was great, with Laura Whitmore at the decks. Some people take themselves way to seriously round the Shoreditch way, but never one to waste a good song, the girls and I ensured we hit the dance floor a few times.

Have to say, my 'cleb spot game was on form also, spotting Vanessa from The Saturdays (mucho petite and mucho gorgeous), Lucy from Made In Chelsea and Ashlee from The Pussy Cat Dolls. I congratulated Jess from TOWIE on staying in her heels for so long as I changed into my trainers in the loo (classy Sash).

The JW Anderson for Diet Coke bottles will be exclusively available at Harvey Nichols from August 17th.
